Calling yogis of all skill levels and ages!

On Saturday, June 9th from 2p.m.-9p.m., Sangha Experience will be hosting its annual yoga extravaganza, Flow in Color, in West Park in Ann Arbor.

The half-day festival finds its inspo in Holi, the Indian Festival of Color. Holi combines the celebration of warmer days with the feat of good over evil by using colored powder and water to toss into the air. Flow in Color adopted these traditions in the practice of yoga, philanthropy, food, and music to generate a festival that celebrates mindfulness.

The event offers three sessions of workshops, all ending with the Color Class. There will also be a kids program run by certified kid’s yoga teachers, available to the ages of 5-12.

Flow in Color will also be partnering with the Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program in Detroit for the first time, aiding in incorporating their creative theme, “Color Outside the Lines.”

If you’re ready to speckle your body with all of the colors while doing something kind to it, you can check out Flow in Color tickets on universe.com.
